Bowles Flooring provides flooring sales, installation, and related services including but not limited to carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, ceramic tile, sheet vinyl, stairway upgrades, and trim work. All services are subject to availability and project approval.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of consultation. Final pricing may vary if additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation. Any changes will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
3. Scheduling & Deposits
Project scheduling is confirmed once a deposit or agreement is received (if applicable). Installation dates are subject to material availability, job readiness, and scheduling constraints. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including supplier delays, weather, or site conditions.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
  • Ensuring the work area is clear and accessible prior to installation
  • Providing accurate information about the project space
  • Securing pets, valuables, and fragile items away from the work area
  • Obtaining any required permissions for rental or commercial properties
5. Installation Warranty
Bowles Flooring provides the following installation warranties:
  • Residential (Primary Residence): 15-year installation warranty
  • Commercial Installations: 2-year installation warranty
If an issue arises, we will inspect the flooring, determine the cause, and review available solutions. Warranty coverage applies to installation-related issues only and does not cover manufacturer defects or normal wear and tear.
6. Materials & Manufacturer Warranties
All flooring materials may carry separate manufacturer warranties. These warranties are governed by the manufacturer and not Bowles Flooring. We can assist customers in understanding and submitting manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.

  • Damage caused by moisture, flooding, or environmental conditions after installation
  • Improper maintenance, misuse, or neglect of installed flooring
